FCC Live Well is committed to holistic well-being, spanning physical, emotional, financial, social, and environmental health. Our goal is to empower students in their academic and personal endeavors, fostering a positive and healthy campus culture. By integrating wellness into the core of the student experience, we provide the foundation for lifelong success and resilience. Live Well Services
FCC Live Well supports students’ basic needs and overall well-being through accessible food, personal-care, and harm-reduction resources. Services include CougarMart, a grocery-style resource for food, hygiene products, baby-care items, and professional clothing; Food Lockers for convenient access to meals; Cougar Pantry and Cougar Pantry+ for food assistance and SNAP-related support; and a Narcan harm-reduction vending machine. Together, these resources help students address immediate needs so they can stay focused on their education and personal success.

Please note that these hours may vary.
CougarMart is a free, grocery-style resource for FCC students offering basic groceries
and fresh produce, personal hygiene and baby essentials, and professional clothing
for interviews and meetings.
Students may visit once a month with a valid FCC Student ID and PantrySoft account. Create an account using your FCC email before your first visit, or stop by CougarMart for assistance.

CougarPantry Food Lockers
Location: Live Well Wellness Hub, Student Center H-105A
CougarPantry provide FCC students with convenient access to groceries outside of regular CougarMart hours. Students may collect their food anytime the Student Center is open during their assigned pickup window. Students may reserve one locker from each program per week and may continue to shop at the CougarMart.

CougarPantry+ is our new refrigerated food locker service, offering perishable groceries such as refrigerated proteins, dairy products, breads, and other fresh or refrigerated items. Available foods vary based on inventory.

Ways to Donate

Wish lists: Purchase needed items through our Amazon Wish List, Walmart Wish List, or Target Wish List.

In person: Drop off donations at CougarMart in the Student Center, Room 106C. See the CougarMart Food Pantry List for high-demand items.

Monetary gifts: Donate through the FCC Foundation and select the Jeanni Winston-Muir Basic Needs Support Fund from the “I want to support” menu.
